For the last few years, the authorities in the UK have repeatedly tortured me without explanation or trial, using the covert method of electromagnetic radiation. This is an outrage – deeply immoral and reprehensible.
God sees everything they do, and justice will be done.
Though I am close to death, I will speak the truth.
